That is a serious income stream.

Of course, you’ll also benefit from the increase in value of the property itself. Typically, in Australia property values double every 8-10 years! Imagine that – while you’re paying down your mortgage your equity is increasing without doing a blasted thing!

People are always going to need homes. That’s your motivation right there to invest in residential property. There is a captive audience, or demand for your property, and you’ll have the supply. There’s very little risk in a Real -Estate Investment Strategy, unlike other investments.
